Our villa is set amongst delightful orange groves and beautiful scenery in Marxuquera, which is situated within 10 mins drive of the thriving town of Gandia on the Costa Blanca.

 

Here is real Spanish life and customs

unaffected by foreign tourism.

 

There are two bar/restaurants within 3 mins walking distance

which serve delicious meals.

Fresh bread from the local baker's shop

is delivered daily to the villa.

 

Marxuquera is around 4 miles from many beautiful beaches

and is surrounded by orange groves with a

spectacular mountain backdrop.

 

The nearby town of Gandia has many shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars, parks, outdoor markets and places of historical interest.

 

 

 

The Playa de Gandia, a favourite seaside resort of the Spanish, boasts 5km of immaculately kept golden sands with all the facilities one could wish for. Nearby are more secluded beaches.

 

For those wishing to explore the larger towns and cities in Spain, around an hour's drive will take you to the lovely cities of Valencia, Alicante and lively Benidorm.

 

 

 

There are a number of golf courses within easy reach of the villa and we have golf clubs to rent. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and painting/drawing holidays.

 

Anytime is an ideal time to holiday in the unspoilt Valencia region,

even in the off-peak season, the days are invariably

warm and sunny.

 

To appreciate this area fully a car is essential.
